Location
The area located on either side of Les Garrigues Avenue, in the municipality of El Prat de Llobregat, is placed in one of the most important economic and industrial vertex of the metropolitan area of Barcelona, with great connectivity to the different entrance and exit routes of the city with the metro line 9, the suburban railway and the AVE (high-speed train), and it is close to vital infrastructures such as El Prat airport and Barcelona port.

The Mas Blau Business Park is an area focused on business development, business expansion and economic growth.
Description
Uses of this new business area will be aimed at covering all kinds of economic activities, such as commercial activities, headquarters, hotels, restaurants, communication services, exhibitions, research, training, storage, rental services, parking, etc., in order to guarantee the diversity of the area and different kinds of companies and services in a perfectly communicated area, where economic activity is already consolidated.
The proposal will boost the creation of 2,500 jobs and will become an active part of the Barcelona Economic Triangle, thus joining the three main areas that work as real activity engines (Barcelona Airport City- Mas Blau Business Park, DeltaBCN and BZ Barcelona Innovation Zone), which create a large economic triangle for the metropolitan area of Barcelona.
