Etiquetes ambientals

Labelling helps to set up and implement the low emission zones recommended by the AMB and is helpful during high pollution episodes.

There are four different labels depending on the vehicle’s type of engine, fuel and age. Owners of older, more polluting vehicles will not be eligible for an environmental badge.

Label types

You don’t have to put the sticker on your vehicle, although we recommend you place it on the lower right-hand side of your windscreen so it can be seen. Public authorities responsible for mobility and the environment, such as the AMB, will be able to determine each vehicle’s environmental classification and type of label.

  • Without an environmental label
Vehicles not meeting the minimum environmental requirements will not be eligible for a DGT label. These are the vehicles affected the most by mobility restrictions or bans.
