The AMB’s P+R car parking service has two customer care channels: a helpline and a website form. You can request information, send suggestions or feedback and lodge complaints.

Any complaints or suggestions about the P+R car park exchange service can be sent in either of the following two ways:

The helpline for queries or incidents in the P+R system’s operations is:

93 033 33 33 (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm).
The helpline is available for emergencies in the operation of the validation machines until 11 pm.
