How does it work?

Shared mobility is an alternative to private transport and gives people access to vehicles when they need them. This system reduces pollution, encourages more sustainable mobility and promotes clean energy vehicles.

Apps, operators and parking locations

To find out which motorbike is closest to you, go to the AMB Mobilitat app and choose the motorbike option. It will show you the nearest one available. Click on the one you want to book and it will open the app of the operator company corresponding to that particular motorbike. You will have to have registered previously and will be able to consult specific information regarding the service.

Technical and regulatory information

The main objective of the metropolitan regulation is to optimally manage shared mobility by electric motorbike in the metropolitan area, following one of the goals set out in the AMB Governing Board Agreement for the 2023-2027 mandate, namely to reduce the use of private vehicles. 

On 16 May 2022, the AMB created, within the Mobility Council, the Metropolitan Board for the Shared Electric Motorbike (TMMEC), made up of almost 90 representatives from the field of mobility. The TMMEC helps to promote shared mobility by analysing the feasibility of shared electric motorbike mobility in the metropolitan area, thanks to technical and municipal meetings. These meetings have made it possible to define the main characteristics of the metropolitan regulation of this shared mobility model.
