What are they?
Expanded bus stops include two poles. Each one indicates the spot where the front door of the bus will stop.
Step 1
Wait at the bus stop, as you usually do.
Step 2
The first bus to arrive will stop at pole n. 1. If this the bus you were waiting for, get on it. Please, make sure you clearly request the bus driver to stop.
Step 3
Whether a bus reaches the stop but the pole n. 1 is occupied, it will stop at the pole n. 2.
