Sant Vicenç dels Horts
Sant Vicenç dels Horts municipality is located on the right bank of Llobregat River, which separates it from Molins de Rei and Sant Feliu de Llobregat in the east. In the west, it borders with the Litoral Mountain Range; in the south, with Sant Antoni mountain, which is the border with Torrelles de Llobregat and Santa Coloma de Cervelló, and in the north, it borders with Cervelló stream and the town of Pallejà.
