Description
The goal of this project is to facilitate and promote cooperation in sustainable urban development between the City of Boston, the Northern Virginia Regional Commission (NVRC) and the AMB.
Representatives from each metropolis will participate in learning exchanges and capacity-building activities (e.g. study visits, trainings, networking and thematic events) and together develop an action plan and joint actions that will serve as a route along the cooperation.
During the duration of the project, the AMB will develop technical cooperation activities with the City of Boston and the Regional Commission of Northern Virginia (NVRC) for a maximum of 24 months (study visits, online exchanges, participation in seminars of the IURC program, etc.) It is also a good instrument for establishing relations with other metropolises in the world. This means a study visit to Boston and Northern Virginia and participation in other international meetings and activities.
