Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona

The General Management is deemed as an administration management body whose mission is to guarantee the fulfilment of the objectives established by the Action Plan of the term. It is assigned to the Presidency area, and it depends on the Executive Vicepresidency.

Each government area can have a directorate assigned that, according to the directives established by the vicepresidency responsible for that area and under the supervision of the General Manager, it will manage and coordinate all the services assigned to the correspondant government area.

Besides the Directorate, each area can have one or more Services directorates that will depend on it.
