Sant Joan Despí
Sant Joan Despí municipality belongs to Baix Llobregat county, which is part of the metropolitan area of Barcelona. It is situated in the Llobregat plain, on the left bank of the lower part of the river. It borders with Sant Just Desvern in the north and with Esplugues de Llobregat in the east; in the southeast, Les Planes neighbourhood forms an urban continuum with Cornellà de Llobregat; in the southwest, it borders with Sant Boi de Llobregat; in the west the river represents the border with Santa Coloma de Cervelló, and in the northwest it borders with Sant Feliu de Llobregat.
