This first volume of the DREAM collection explains an overall vision that is based on social, economic, environmental and lack of governance risks, a focus that enables a set of strategies to be sketched for the future of the Barcelona metropolitan area and that have as their aim the generation of a territory that is resilient to coming changes. Strategies that will be developed with greater detail, and always on a metropolitan scale, in the subsequent titles in the collection. DREAM is the result of close collaboration between
the different AMB areas and services.
