Service charters
The AMB has in place service charters approved by the Metropolitan Council
A service charter is a public document for users and the general public about the services delivered by a public authority. Its purpose is to continuously improve the management of services in terms of efficiency and quality.
Service charters provide information about the features of the services supplied by the organisation, the quality commitments made in the provision of those services and service users' rights and duties.
The AMB Metropolitan Council has approved the following service charters:
- Metropolitan Parks Service Charter (in Catalan)
- Metropolitan Beaches Service Charter (in Catalan)
- Urban Public Transport Service Charter (in Catalan)
- Waste Prevention and Management Service Charter (in Catalan)
- Metropolitan Territory Core and Thematic Mapping Service Charter (in Catalan)
- Drinking Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment Service Charter (in Catalan)
- AMB Library Service Charter (in Catalan)
